Informal Buffet 
All entrees include Hearts of Romaine Salad or Spring Mix with choice of three dressings, fresh baked rolls and butter, iced sodas and water and one selection from hot side dishes, side salads and desserts. Hot vegetables can be added for a per person charge of one dollar. You are free to choose 2 entrees without additional cost. You may omit beverages and dessert and deduct $1.00 per person or add Peet's Gourmet Coffee to your beverages for an additional $1.00 per person.

Prices do not include sales tax and are subject to change.
Delivery & Setup from $35.00-$75.00 based on location.
Final Count is due 48 hours before event. Minimum of 50 on Weekends.
On site staffing (available for parties of 50 or more) - $2.00 per person plus 15% gratuity. Includes upgrade presentation and staffing throughout serving time.
