Full-service buffet

Most of our catering clients enjoy our full-service buffet service. Guests are free to return for seconds!

Table service with full wait staff

Our experienced waitstaff will arrive in formal attire and serve you and your guests. We provide one server for every 18 guests.

Bartender

Let our professional and higly experienced bartender take care of the drinks for you. The bartender package includes full ice service, drop-off or chill service, high quality plastic cups, wine glasses, and best of all NO CORKAGE FEE!

Drop-off Service

If you are hosting a small or large event and are budget-conscious, you can enjoy the same food with Englund’s Drop-off Service. Our staff arrives 30 to 60 minutes before the event and sets up the food. Hot entrees and side dishes are placed out just before your guests start through the buffet line. You have the option of having pre-carved entrees and doing your own replenishing, or for an additional fee, you may have our staff remain to perform the carving and serving duties. When you choose to hire carving and serving staff, we provide an upgraded presentation.

Complimentary Tastings

We open our lunch cafe in the evenings exclusively for you. Book a time, bring up to five friends, and try out our menu. Our cafe will be exclusively yours for one full hour.

  • Englund's requires a 100% guaranteed attendance 48 hours prior to event.
  • Children Under 10 Half Price!
  • A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a date.
  • 90% of estimated catering fees are due 14 days before event.
  • A 15% gratuity will be added to the total price for staffed events.
  • Balance of catering fees is due at conclusion of event.
  • All events are priced according to a minimum guest count as outlined in the pricing policy on each menu page.
